This affix is added to a verb stem to indicate that an action or event will be happening at the same time as something else:
| Nattiqsiusinnaalaaqtugut. | We will be seal hunting at the same time. |
This affix deletes the final consonant of roots to which it is added:
| iqqanaijasinnaaqtut | iqqanaijaq + sinnaaq + tut |
| They work at the same time (as they do something else). |
